Head in Thought

What may seem nothing to you, may mean something to me. So I'll place it here as a way for me to remember and, maybe, make sense of things. My name is Mario, and to those who stumble in, it's always nice to meet you.

The first step is to start

“To never follow a dream because you don’t think you’re good enough or don’t have the skills, or knowledge, or experience is a waste.”

Apt find of an inspiring read. Specially since this is the quandary I most often find myself in. Teaching myself the intricacies of web design (coming from a more traditional print background) does make me end up getting frustrated. It also doesn’t help that standards are sort of in flux: HTML5/CSS3 or Flash for added interactivity? Learn code? Or rely on Adobe or Quark or (insert “easy” web authoring software here) to generate the code whilst one designs? But — as the article paraphrases Yoda (which makes it rock even more) — the best option really is to “Do — there is no try.”
